Refund policy

Want to request a return? No problem!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Just ensure you follow these guidelines:

1. Return request must be placed within 14 days post delivery.

2. The returned product & packaging are in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all tags still intact.

3. Returned products without tags intact will not be accepted.

We will initiate the refund within 3-5 business days once we receive the returned products at our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when the returned merchandise is delivered and received at our warehouse.

Exchanges
Reach out to us at team@project-indus.com to raise an exchange request. We will address your needs within 24 hours.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
